Canons du Jean La Cuvée Capucine 2022 is a rare and classic Jura Chardonnay from the esteemed Arbois region. Winemaker Julien Crinquand, who inherited five hectares of vineyards from his father and grandfather, has crafted this exquisite wine from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The wine boasts a captivating aroma of yellow fruit, apples, and citrus, with concentrated ripe yellow fruit flavors and a hint of minerality. The finish is long and satisfying. Produced with low intervention and minimal sulphur, this wine reflects the true character of the Jura terroir, composed of various clay and limestone soils. Perfectly suited for pairing with fish, chicken, or Eastern cuisine, it is best served at a temperature of 8 to 12 degrees.
