If you are looking for a light a breezy rosé, this is not the wine for you. A direct press Rosé that is nice and pink but packs some really good power. It is pleasantly balanced though, bringing ample red fruit, a trace of acidity that runs along the palate and a sweet sensation on the finish (albeit being dry, with next to no residual sugar). Dangerously drinkable and very interesting pairing with Asian cuisines such as Sushi, Thai Curries (not too spicy) and Indian food. Serve chilled but not extremely cold (about an hour in the fridge). We recommend opening this natural rosé wine 10-20 minutes before drinking. You could also decant it in small quantities (2 glasses worth at a time, as opposed to the whole bottle at once)
