Les Trognes de Pinot
A Pinot Noir coming from 80-Year-old (or older) vines in the heart of Burgundy. A parcel that was never ever treated with chemicals; no mean feat in its own right.
Bourgogne Epineuil 2019
A superb example of just how good can some of Burgundy's lesser-known places/appellations be. In this case, Epineuil, some 100 miles North East of Dijon and home-terroir of these Pinot Noir Grapes.
Rouge De La
A 100% Pinot Noir that feels like drinking hot lava straight from the mouth of an erupting volcano, in the very best way imaginable.
Pigama
A "gloglou" (meaning very drinkable) natural wine done right. The blending of Pinot Noir, Gamay and Maréchal Foch (a hybrid cross between riesling and a few other varieties!) raised individually in old barrels for 8-12 months.
Ch...
A classic take on a Burgundian Chardonnay minus the oak-iness, which means it’s extra fresh and extra fruity.
Les Alidorés
Maybe because we always like a good “underdog” - being a Burgundy white variety that is always in the shadow of the celebrated Chardonnay.
